Greggs — Restaurant in Oldham

Came in at 10.40, at 10.45 a customer asked a bacon sandwich to be told we have none left, I asked could you not make some more to be told abruptly that it will take 10 minutes and they stop at 11.00, Guess what, 10 minutes is still before 11.00 and you could have served your customers, at least 2 what they wanted, but too much trouble, You should not be front of house...

Arr i never liked Greggs but this one in shaw is the nicest place about and the girls behind the counter were so nice i even went about 4.30pm and you knw what its like getting a buttie at that time but they was so helpfull great bagauttes great value can...

I can not give any stars for gregs in shaw as it is such a miserable place to buy from.. The staff are rude everything is to much trouble. They leave you waiting to be served. Can not understand why they work in retail if they hate it...
