Hot Diggity Dog — Restaurant in Plymouth

Was really looking forward to trying this, as we used to buy from their shack on union street, saw all the pictures on their Facebook of the big family boxes which looked great. Ordered finally today as a birthday treat for my son and was massively disappointed. Was told delivery would be 15 mins either way, I ordered 2 hours before and it was still late. Chips were cold and chewy, my son didn't even eat them, stuck together with cold melted cheese. The bacon and chicken that was meant to top it was pitiful, one piece of chicken cut into massive chunks and at most 2 pieces of bacon for a family. The Facebook pictures of the food are massively misleading and we won't be ordering again unfortunately. Looks like a huge box but it came in a tiny box and really not good. Best thing about the meal was the pickled eggs. Such a shame that the standard has gone downhill now they have a shop. Really didn't want to be posting this as was hoping to enjoy this meal after waiting so long to try. Would avoid if you're looking for something...

I've ordered from here a few times now and it's always so good. Very reasonable prices considering the vast amount of food you get! The first time I ordered, I spent roughly £13 on myself and had enough food for three meals (not including the gigantic cheesecake!).

The pizza boxes are extremely good value for money, as you get a ridiculous amount of food in them!

Absolutely shocking customer service! My husband ordered via the website for delivery an hour and half ago for 7pm had to ring up to chase it at which point was told they had no hot food!!!! Have still taken payment, all food options available to order still and no follow up text, call or email to say they would not be able to cook our food! Absolutely livid will never be back and tell others not to bother after customer...
