Where to start!

First of all the staff are so rude. When I say staff I mean the 3 kids it's run by. They have no idea what they are doing, one didn't even know how to turn off the chip fryer. One gobby member of staff was complaining about having to make a pizza I ordered whilst I was stood there. She was very loud and her language and attitude was awful. No one was wearing hair nets and 2 staff were seen messing with there hair several times before touching food. Staff were swearing and shouting. Very unprofessional and disgusting customer service.

Food- ordered over the phone to collect. Once collected and home the order was missing items. The kebab meat was hard and stale, the pizza was overcooked on top but the base was undercooked so I took the food back. After getting the missing items and replacement kebab whilst listening to the staff complain and swear we returned home. After messing around for 45 minutes to get our order correct we then found a black hair inside the chicken wing 🤮 safe to say the rest of the food went in the bin. Waste of £45.

This place used to be our go to takeaway but since it stopped being run by adults it's gone massively down hill and overpriced for zero quality. They stopped serving pizzas at 8:30pm but yet I saw someone leave with a pizza just before 9pm. We WON'T be...

Always very friendly staff. Not a bad word to say about anything I have ordered. Very hard to find a takeaway which is good at everything like jonny rockets!!

Used to be a really good takeaway as you can see from my review four years ago. A lot has changed since. Staff are now rude, get orders wrong and customer service is awful. I went last night half an hour before they shut and less than half of the menu wasn't available because they were shutting soon. 'we've turned most things off so we can get out at half passed 9 when we shut' another customer came in he said I'll be back in minute to order after finding out most things were now off the menu.....the girl said ohh you don't have to come back we're shutting soon and I want to go home. Embarrassing. The food we got was average, nuggets overcooked more like shot puts! The cheesy garlic bread was so uncooked it was only just warm. Our family always liked Johnny Rockets. The food always has been good so it's been our favourite takeaway for years. Until last Saturday when they totally messed up our order. We ordered 7' Rocket special pizza, large fries, mozzarella sticks and a donner kebab but what we've got was one garlic bread with cheese, one garlic bread with tomatoes, small fries, donner wrap and 2 cans of Pepsi?!? My partner sensed there's something wrong and told the woman behind the counter that this is not our order but she has been very rude and told him it is in a way which made him look stupid in front of the other customers. He is a bit shy and just gave up arguing and left with the food. I wish I was there. They wouldn't get away with it so easy! We've paid more than 16 quid for our order and what we've got cost just over 10 pound. I'm really not happy with the service and I'll never order food from them again. Which is a shame as the food is really good but the staff and the service they provide...
