Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Preston

During my recent visit to Starbucks Preston, I encountered an unexpected issue with the E On Drive EV Charging points.

Lydia, one of the fantastic staff members, demonstrated exceptional empathy and support when I sought assistance.

Although I initially approached another customer regarding the EV points, Lydia noticed my concern and kindly offered her help.

Her understanding and awareness of the situation were remarkable. Lydia not only acknowledged the recurring problems with the charging points but also went above and beyond by suggesting alternative options for charging my EV.

Her proactive and caring approach truly made a difference and highlighted her dedication to exceptional customer service.

Lydia's kindness, empathy, and willingness to assist exemplify what it means to be a true people's person. Her outstanding service left a lasting positive impression, and I truly appreciate her efforts in ensuring a smooth experience despite the unforeseen circumstances.

The entrance to this Starbucks isn't immediately obvious ... you have you drive into the service station and then go around the left hand side of the Shell garage to access it. The signage isn't really adequate, but at least there's lots of free parking.

Even at quiet times, you'll be queuing unnecessarily and sadly the standards of coffee making are a little poor. You'll find most of your latte is made of foam (there should be ZERO foam in a latte, if you want foam; order a cappuccino) and sadly the cleanliness standards aren't up to par. Ella and Lydia are by far the best starbucks staff ever (and ive been having starbucks for years in a lot of countries and a lot of cities in the UK) they genuinely make the best coffee ive ever had at Starbucks and they’re always so lovely and nice! Always hope theyre in whenever i visit and end up ordering more drinks when they are just cause they make them so well! Please give them two the best treatment cause they are genuinely the best staff starbucks has ever had!
