I think this place ranks as the worst Starbucks I have experienced, and let's be honest, it's a fairly low bar. For starters, the girl serving me needs to go on a basic customer service course and learn to smile. The staff then proceeded to try talking us out of using the indoor cups and plates because they didn't want to wash them up. We managed to get cups, but clearly a plate was too much of a stretch as my cinnamon bun was served stuck to a paper bag instead. As for the coffee, there was zero effort given, and my flat white was more like an extra small latte. The white americano was made with almost no milk, and to fix the situation the server tipped 1/3 of the coffee down the sink to make more room. There is definitely some training needed at this Starbucks. Luckily I am only in the area for a few days, but will be heading further afield for my daily...

I was meeting a friend there for a catch up, I had no idea that the parking there was only free for 90 minutes and so I got fined!!Never have I come across a starbucks that would have timed/paid parking. The place is mostly empty with only couple of customers in, yet on my last (and expensive) visit we ordered drinks and went to sit down waiting to be called to collect our coffees... that did not happen and so after a while that we notices our order was just left on the counter we went...
Read moreI think it’s time to go back to basics and learn the Starbucks Mission Statement and how that statement has been the basics of success. People are paying a premium for a coffee and want their experience to be worth it. Not in my case of order an iced latte with ‘less ice’ to them not receive a full cup worth of a drink because ‘it’s extra’ to top it up with milk.
