Everything is so difficult. You fill out thr servey to get a free side and when you try and use it, no one knows how to do it, you then get told to do it on the app even though you can't. It says on the email can only be redeemed at the till. Just make it so people can put the code in when they order on the app. Even though its a free snack, its not free, becasue all this free stuff kfc does gets put into there prices. And thats why they are so expensive. You ask for napkins and salt through the drive through and you never get them. Again that stuff has been put into the price of the stuff you buy. But when we ask for it we dont get it. It's coming to a point i now dred coming to pick up my order. As I feel like a pest having to claim my free snack and having to get stuff like napkins. Im not even going to bother anymore. You take my money but dont give me the stuff im entitled to without making it difficult and making me feel un welcome. I'll just be going somewhere else now. Not worth the hassle. Kfc doesn't even taste that nice anymore, always so oily and cold. First 1 star review I did you said to give it another chance. I did. And nothings change. This is not a complain about the staff. But at the management, you dont train your staff, and you make the free stuff almost impossible to reedem while making your prices completely over priced. I think youve intentally made it difficuilt to get the free stuff, so people will just not bother as its such a hassle, as its been put into the prices you end up making more of a profit. Shows how horrible the management are if thats how they decide to treat people. 20 hot wings 8 pound anf you can add 8 pieces of original chicken for 8 pound also. When this isnt a offer its 17 pound for 8 pieces of chicken alone. More than double. That just shows how overpriced this place is. Never coming back. Too much hassle. Over priced. Ps. It's cheaper to buy 2x 3 pieces of original chicken than buying a 6 piece original chicken. If this doesn't prove that there prices are just made up and over price everything, I dont know what does. Why would it be cheaper to buy 2x 3 piece of chicken than just buying 6 pieces of chicken? Read moreAbsolutely awful place, when we got our food things were missing off our order and it was stone cold, not even luke warm. Tried a chip, unbearable to even swallow it was so dry and inedible, told a member of staff who then said hed get the manager, 10 mins later after asking a further 2 members of staff when someone was coming, finally 2 girls came out with a complete disgusting attitude! Straight away they said we had our full order as they seen it on the cctv, to which we asked to show us on our trays where our certain orders were, to which they replied how do they know we hadnt eaten it!!! In total disbelief we asked them to check the cctv and it would show we didnt eat a thing!. Also said it was stone cold to which they replief it gad been sat there for 10 mins so if course it would be cold, i offered them a chip and chicken and then to tell me that these chips were only 10 mins cold and not at least an hr! All the time they were horrible, calling us liars and completely disgusting with tgeir attitude towards us! All they had to to was replace our foid for something remotely warm! Also the guy that served us told me they'd been dead a day and he wss bored, i said its surprising for a sat, funny how the place was dead yet stacks and stacks of food under the warm plates ( god knows how long for) probably the day before going by how it tasted. Manager, well supposed manager who defo needs some training in customer service or at least manners, said all the food is temp checkef, yep im sure the chicken eas hot hrs ago when it was checked leaving the fryers but defo not checked leaving the warm trays. Read moreAs someone who has never written a negative review before, I was frustrated with my recent experience ordering from KFC through Just Eat. When my order arrived, I discovered that half of my items were missing. I immediately phoned KFC to explain the situation, but their response was unhelpful - they simply advised me to request a refund. However, I did not want a refund, I wanted something to eat!
We decided to drive down to the KFC location (which was frustrating as I had already paid a delivery fee) and spoke with the manager, Dylan. Despite our polite explanation of the situation, we received no apology from the staff. Although we did receive the remainder of our order, we explained that the other half of our food would be cold by the time we got home. Unfortunately, we were met with an unsympathetic response from Dylan, who seemed inconvenienced by our presence. This was very disappointing as this was through no fault of our own.
However, I would like to acknowledge that Brandon, who usually serves us through the drive-through, is always a pleasure to be served by. He is friendly, efficient, and a joy to interact with. It's disappointing that our recent experience did not live up to the standards that Brandon typically sets.
