Why would anyone give this cafe reviews that do not represent reality is beyond me. Residents are likely to do this as there is no other cafe so they don't want to lose the only one there is. The truth is, Kilbarchan needs a new modern cafe that fits in with what young families need in this lovely village. This is NOT it. It is old fashioned (not in a good way), tired, cold and with an uninviting atmosphere of an industrial cafe from the 60s or 70s. There is only one young lady who is lovely (I think she also makes jewellery) but other staff members have a little bit of an attitude. Most of the younger families visit cafes in nearby villages such as Bridge of Weir or Kilmacolm. So a lot of capital is lost in Kilbarchan. I do not mean to attack anyone. I'm stating the facts that so many people are scared to discuss. Either this cafe should fully change or a new place will emerge. Either way, the cafe is in need of full...
