Café Gusto — Restaurant in Scotland

The food is alright. The thing that annoys me is the staff dont wear gloves when preparing your food I see them handling cash, using the credit card machine and then going on to butter my roll without washing their hands. Gusto manager - please be aware how much bacteria is on the average note. Please take precautions before someone gets ill from this! Because if that ever happens to me after I eat at your establishment I can guarantee I will be making complaints to the appropriate regulatory...

The same order, every second day has a different price depending on who is handling the order. It is very pricey for what they offer. About 3-4 staff always however one starts the order and another charges it, no communication between them and keep asking what have you ordered, pretty badly managed and not very Lean at all, service could be streamlined. 1 sausage sandwich 2 coffees and a bag of crisps... Shouldn't be that hard to get right should it ?

3 members of staff all managed to mess it up.. too busy talking than taking ownership of an order.. it wasn't even that busy.

Arguing over a coffee size despite the menu saying Large "that's the size I always make" is not an acceptable response.

Awful service, wrong orders... would rather go without food than...
