Ridiculously over priced for what is average food.
A Ham & Coleslaw Roll, Chicken Mayo Salad Roll and a can of juice was just under 12 quid.
Really? It would be cheaper in the heart of Edinburgh at those prices

Actually my family still own a well established cafe so I’m very familiar with catering prices / costs & overheads. We actually sell those type of filled rolls for 2.60 with still a nice profit.
Also you mention vat registered - their isn’t vat to pay on cold rolls. Only hot food so maybe take this into consideration when doing a pricing strategy.
