Ridiculously over priced for what is average food.

A Ham & Coleslaw Roll, Chicken Mayo Salad Roll and a can of juice was just under 12 quid.

Really? It would be cheaper in the heart of Edinburgh at those prices

Actually my family still own a well established cafe so I’m very familiar with catering prices / costs & overheads. We actually sell those type of filled rolls for 2.60 with still a nice profit.

Also you mention vat registered - their isn’t vat to pay on cold rolls. Only hot food so maybe take this into consideration when doing a pricing strategy.

We went for lunch and ordered soup and a panini, second panini, 2 x coffee, juice, milk and a portion of chips. We were asked was it all to be served together, "yes" the toasted panini's turned into warm soft baguettes. £24 ish. The cappuccino was forgotten and then we were told it hadn't been charged, so another £3. Both coffees were lukewarm at best. The wedges didn't arrived so I chased them up and finally soggy wedges were presented to us when I had already finished my baguette. I was too embarrassed to ask for a refund. Had a lovely lunch today, 24th February with my friend and my dog Buddy. Very friendly staff and customers 🤣 We both had a chicken tikka panini served with crisps and a side of coleslaw. Very tasty 😋 we had a juice and a tray bake, tasty. A belguin biscuit and a biscoff slice. Buddy was given a sausage and a bowl of water by one of the staff, which he enjoyed.
