Cafe Asia — Restaurant in Scotland

Placed a order online after a hour still no food. Phoned them and they said they didn’t have the order but where quick enough to take the £30 from my bank. Was then put on the phone to the manager who basically told me there was nothing he could do and was rude. Told me they had to phone the person who deals with the cafe Asia online orders. I told them I was giving them a hour. 25 mins later got a phone call to say the food would be delivered in 10 minutes but I was already on my way to cafe Asia so I waited. I didn’t get a apology didn’t get my sauce I paid for. The chips look like they had been reheated in the fryer about 10 times the garlic bread was rotten was definitely in the oven no longer than a minute. Will definitely not been ordering from this place again...

Went here faithfully every weekend, never any issues other than dimly lit toilets. Anyway went in January as normal, found a long hair in my lamb, returned it only to have some guy from kitchen come out and publicly insult me in front of entire restaurant by claiming it was my own hair. Did not have the decency to come to table to discuss. He was suitably told what I thought of his approach. He asked if I wanted another dish which I declined. The manager behind the bar watched this whole scenario and when was over came to table with 2 free drinks to apologise for his colleague's behaviour. Totally unacceptable yo regular customers, not been back and no intention of doing so which is a real shame as I do like to support...

I had a lovely meal with my friends a couple of weeks ago in the restaurant they were so attentive could’nt do enough for us, I was telling my son so we decided to get carry out it was no we’re near what we had in restaurant so disappointed !!! We asked for chicken chatt which was dry chicken pakora it was a bag of scraps plus there was mushrooms in them I am allergic to 😡naan bread was’nt the same curry was ok 1 curry with rice naan n 2 starters £29 it was cheaper...
