Called for delivery and gave the postcode and address. The delivery driver was put on the phone. He asked in lots of different ways where the property was, which I couldn’t answer, not knowing the area well. I said that if he entered the postcode into any satnav or google maps, he would be brought here, to which he shouted “no I won’t, because that postcode gives a three mile radius”. That is untrue and the place dealt with us very, very rudely. They did not want to accommodate us at all, only to shout at us about the address. Food is lovely, just a shame about the delivery driver who knocked so hard it nearly put my door through, then started throwing abuse at me for my doorbell not working, erm I'm sorry I didn't know it wasn't working, then asked me if I kept every delivery driver waiting for 2 minutes, I'm sorry I'm disabled and use a stick to walk with. Good little takeaway. All the food was very nice. I particularly liked the salt and chilli squid starter. If I had to be critical at all, it does irk me that it’s cash only. That’s questionable to me just from a tax obligation process and if you don’t know and only have a card for contactless payment you can forget it. That’s not good, especially post the worst of Covid.
