Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Scotland

I went in to costa today with my two friends and it was awfully busy so we grabbed a table and sat down and waited for the que to go down. As we sat down a very rude woman was staring at us and pointing we assumed that mabey we had taken her seat by mistake ( understandable with COVID rules). Then one of the workers come over to us and rudely told us we had to buy somthing and we had skipped the que , I then told her I was waiting for the que to go down and I would be buying something later again she rudely told me to get up and leave . I asked if I could wait in the que and get something while my friends stayed at the table she said “NO!” And...

I came in to a cortado and I was served with what looked like a small cup of dirty water. I didn't feel like talking so I didn't complain. Sat down and two minutes later a different member of the staff Sarah approached me with a proper cortado under the Costa standards. Wow!!! This is what I call quality customer service and deserve be encouraged. People might think it is just a cup of coffee but it is not just a cup of coffee because that you can have at home.
