Great place for a short stop. Eyes were screaming tired from the drive between Glasgow to London.

Had the opportunity for a quick toilet break, coffee break, back stretch and also petrol top up right beside the stop.

Let's dive in!

Food: We didn't really stop for a meal, as we know consequences of eating will result in being sleepy. So we had coffee and bought some snacks/gums.

Service: What you need on the road is quite readily available. Staff for various shops were reasonably smiling.. probably due to the cold, their smiles game weren't at the top but yeah, could be due to the non-stop flow of customers.

Atmosphere: Toilet is clean! That is something we always look out for. And yes, we give a thumbs up for this venue. Not just the toilet but the whole area is clean, including the eating areas. There is also a small pond/river nearby and it's therapeutic enough for a short break here with that view.

So all in all, we definitely would recommend for anyone to stop by here if you are feeling tired after a long...

Awful! Avoid if possible! Couple of weeks ago they were almost out of savoury food. Today everything is being served as take away. Toasted sandwiches in takeaway pouches and cake to be eaten from a bag! With wooden cutlery. This should have been intimated to us at the till - not presented as a fair accompli at the pickup point. And despite asking for the bag on the side we had to ask three times for the bag to be taken out before it got to strong! (She...

Never left a review for Costa before but this was exceptional. We stopped to break our journey from Manchester to Fife on Thursday afternoon. As we walked up to the counter the lady greeted us with a lovely, genuine smile and friendly welcome. Real Scottish hospitality and such a refreshing change from the have a nice day robots. It made our day. The location is also excellent with lots of natural light, fabulous views of the lake...

I avoid costa like the plague these days, as we all should, terrible coffee. But unfortunately when you hit the road at 5am you have to get what is available. I did really enjoy that this was next to a beautiful body of water. As services stations go, this one seems like it’s got a peaceful vibe. The woman who served me was incredibly friendly and helpful

Called in here gasping for a coffee Called in Costa, service superb and coffees where just as good especially from the store manager Gissela and Tamara Anyone travelling north or local to here drop in you won’t be disappointed Really good atmosphere behind the bar, staff enjoying what they where doing and doing it efficiently with a smile.
