Domino's Pizza - Greenock - Auchmead Road — Restaurant in Scotland

Called for a delivery and was told to use the app. At the same time I was told that the app was down for deliveries and that it might be working in an hour, good thing I called instead.

However I was then told they couldn't take deliveries over the phone.

I decided to call the other Dominio's in my area and was then advised that I unfortunately I didn't live in their capture area but the other Domino's should have still taken my order over the phone. The advisor I spoke to called this Domino's and I was told to call them back and they would take my order.

When calling back this Domino's, they decided that they weren't going to answer there phone at all, makes it easier not to take deliveries over the phone if you don't answer the phone lol.

My final attempt was then to use Just Eat (remember Domino's app is down). I placed my order (online) with this place and they rejected my order.

The whole experience of being lied to then avoided just becuase I wanted to place my order over the phone (becuase their app was down) but when using a non-Domino's app, they rejected my order so very weird.

This Domino's is 1.7 miles away. The other Dominio's that am outwith the area of is a whopping 1.6 miles away from my house.

Lucky am not disabled or house bound, I really wanted some Domino's
