A wee gem of a cafe with really pleasant and hard working staff. Its location makes it a perfect pit stop during long beach walks. Vegan and vegetarian friendly. Our food was plain fayre but very tasty.

Fantastic, great value and dog friendly cafe on the beach. Nicely cooked local food, the breakfast rolls were fab. Lovely staff. Seating inside and out. Would make a point of returning if in area again

Good community resource. It's great to pop in after a dog walk on the beach for a hot cuppa. Loads of gluten free options too including their sliced sausage. Well done folks. Staff are always friendly.

Doon the Beach Community Cafe is a wonderful addition to the Stevenston community. The cafe is located in a prime spot, right next to the beach, making it the perfect place to stop for a bite to eat or a cup of coffee after a walk along the shore.

The cafe is run by a team of friendly and welcoming volunteers, who are always happy to chat and make you feel at home. The food is delicious and reasonably priced, and the coffee is always freshly brewed. There is a wide range of food and drink options available, so there is something for everyone.

The cafe is also dog-friendly, so you can bring your mutt along for a visit. There is a small outdoor seating area, which is perfect for enjoying a meal on a sunny day.

Overall, Doon the Beach Community Cafe is a great place to relax and enjoy a meal or a drink. The cafe is friendly, welcoming, and affordable, and it is the perfect place to stop and take a break from your day.

Found the cafe on google due to a search for beaches and called here today. It was a bit wet and windy on the beach but after we dried off we called a the community cafe. What a lovely place. Small and if busy at peak times you would probably have to get a takeaway. We were lucky to get a table with a view of the beach. It was a bonus its dog friendly! The staff were welcoming and friendly. The food is fresh and tasty. Out of puppacino's but our girl wasn't bothered as she got some sausage. There is a dog menu. The prices are very cheap. We have said we will call here regular as it was lovely. A...

Doon The Beach offers a straightforward café and takeaway menu in a fantastic beachfront location known for its friendly service. Breakfast choices include "Make Your Own Breakfast Roll" with fillings like bacon, egg, potato scone, slice sausage, and black pudding. For lunch and snacks, you’ll find toasties, filled rolls, chips, sausage suppers, and fish and chips. The menu also includes homemade soups, burgers, desserts, and a range of drinks, plus vegetarian options. The café is praised for its great coffee, good value, and warm, welcoming atmosphere.
