Greggs — Restaurant in Scotland

Went to the new greggs at the stack and definitely won't be back. Walked in and waited at counter and waited, and waited. Amelia walked through, never acknowledged or said, will be with you in a min. Still waiting, no clue what they sold as all menu screens off. Was away to leave, when she came though, no smile no hello nothing. Asked for 4 drinks, reply was, that will a while as I only have one machine. Asked if wanted cream on hot choc and said yes. Original hot choc came 1st then the 3 mint hot chocs. Went up to mention if could have cream as per order and was told no only on mint hot choc. Huge lack of customer service since minute...

This place is a great place for a sandwich or a crusty eatable. The coffee was nice, plenty of staff milling around not doing much so why were the tables not wiped down, I saw at least 2 members of staff stood around doing nothing, with most of the tables unclean to the point I had to search for one without packaging, cups along with crumbs. Disabled parking was difficult to spot, the logo from bricks didn't really stand out, wheelchair access was perfect, disabled toilets were nice and clean, but why put baby change in the...

Had I high hopes for a drive through Greggs however all food is cold, when I went back to swap my food for hot ones the very rude supervisor (dark hair and glasses) who clearly hates her job said and I quote “food is meant to be cold, we don’t pay the government tax for hot food”

Funny how my pizza slice got heated up though just not the cheese and bean melts (or any other food apparently) and every other Greggs offers hot food. Such a joke of an excuse by someone who just can’t...
