Java Walk Coffee Shop — Restaurant in Scotland

20/09/2025 - Walked in and met with blank stare as we were deciding what we wanted, it was uncomfortable and strange. Began our order as the owner came in and snatched the pen off the trainee who was writing the order down, the owner then proceeded to ask us what we wanted even though the trainee wrote it down, ordered 2 coffees then asked on the third member of the group what they would like she asked what size one of the coffees was to a member of the group who hadn’t ordered yet so they were unsure and asked who had ordered but then she butted in and said I don’t care who’s coffee is who’s I just need to know what to write down, then started making the wrong coffees and had to correct twice even though the trainee had them correct, after asking what was in one of the products we received a very bland and rude reply of it was in the fridge which we couldn’t see. 2 trainees very...

Reasonably priced, no frills takeaway. Bacon and cream cheese bagel was good and very generous with the cream cheese. Bacon slightly crispy for my taste but not a big complaint. They also do old school traybake cakes and giant empire biscuits. Coffee was nice too, better (and hotter) than a fancy one I had the day before which was double the price. Shame they don't have tables. Will still be back next time...

This place does takeaway and make sure to get the milkshake. We sadly only found this on our 2nd last day of our hols, though it is easy to find just at the sea front of Dunoon, we then went out our way to get breakfast here.
