😬We have never eaten such terrible curry - we ended up throwing it away. It was only tomato and onion that hadn't been cooked with meat thrown in. And even the rice was undercooked and tasteless. I'm so disappointed 😭😭😭 especially as we've eaten Jogan Rosh before in the Middle East so we know what it should be like. Unfortunately, as we've tasted Indian food from India - this experience was poor. And yes, I did message the restaurant who said they'd address it and to please come again. Definitely not.

I work in the area and I was told that the restaurant was good. We visited today after shopping in Livingston. The food was served quickly and efficiently by friendly helpful staff. Our meals were delicious, my only negative point would be the portion size of the Chicken Pakora at £5.50 compared to the carry out portion(which I’ve purchased previously) during my working week. Lovely atmosphere, pleasant decor. Worth travelling to.

I have been a regular at Karma for so many years now and it never ever disappoints. The service from every staff member is second to none and they never forget a face. The menu is packed full of lots of different flavours so always lots to choose from. Their skewered tikka and charcoal king prawn kebab is the ultimate starter on the menu. I have never had prawns so big and juicy from any other restaurant. The haggis pakora is a fantastic take on the scottish classic which i highly recommend to anyone going there. There are so many main courses that i love, South Indian Garlic Chilli chicken, Chicken Tikka Supreme and also the hot and spicy moonga. I was really disappointed tbh.. we had chicken pakora.. it was more like kids popcorn chicken it was soft not crispy & only Luke warm despite me driving down to collect it?.. Never in my life have I had a garlic & coriander naan that has been painted bright orange on one side.. was chewy bland & also cold with no sign of either garlic or coriander?? At £4 each they were very small.. like the budget shop bought ones in a 4pack.. The tikka garamasala.. was very watery & not a creamy texture that one looks forward to.. I will not be returning.. & we are now having a sandwich for dinner instead.. if there was a zero star I’d have...

I ordered take away from here last night. Ordered at 5.30 and it arrived at 8.20

I understand this was because of a breakdown which happens. I called at 7 to chase up the order and was gruffly told someone would call me back. Nothing. Rang again at 7.25 and got the story about the delivery car breakdown. Apparently food was to be made fresh and sent out. Arrived at 8.20 and no was was it fresh. Was cold, chicken rubbery, rice hard, pakora soggy. Not even an apology, a complimentary item or drink or voucher or anything. Emailed to complain and no response.
