Fabulous wee find!
We all had breakfast rolls/sandwiches with differing ingredients, but they were all delicious and well prepared and cooked. Coffee was lovely too and it was all very reasonably priced.
The place was very welcoming from staff and local customers alike and is obviously very popular. The lady who seemed to be in charge was friendly, efficient and very helpful. Two younger girls were obviously, at the start of the season, new but couldn't have been friendlier.
We all felt that it was a real shame that we were just passing through as we'd have loved to have tried the lunches and sweet treats....

The bacon was crispy and full of flavour, the sausage juicy and packed with seasoning, and the eggs? Spot-on. Perfectly cooked with that rich, golden yolk that makes everything better.
Then came the scones — warm, buttery, and crumbly with just the right amount of crisp on the outside. Add in a strong, hot cup of tea (or coffee if that’s your thing), and you’ve got a breakfast that sets the bar high.

Read moreWe stopped today at lunchtime with our Cockapoo, and were welcomed by a lovely lady who told us outside was dog friendly. Immediately, she brought out a bowl of water and dog treats, most welcomed by our dog on a very warm day. My husband had the full Scottish breakfast and I had Lorne roll followed by carrot cake, everything was delicious and plates were left empty. The two ladies working were both extremely friendly and chatty. The lady who was on counter and took our order, gave us tips for other places to seein area.
