If I could put 0 i would. Absolutely disrespect from the guy who answered the phone, I used to order from here regularly as there food is usually amazing and always accommodating, the last few meals I received were absolutely poor, no cheese on hoagie, meat overcooked, chips were brown and tasted like the oil hadn't been changed in over a month, completely foul, however I gave the benefit of the doubt due to how good they were before.

Now, tonight I decided to phone them directly instead of using Just Eat. I asked if I could place an order for collection, the guy responds "depends on what youre having" okay, weird if youre not taking any more orders because of the time of night, just say that! So I asked for a burger and a hoagie, he said "ok will be with you soon" I then quickly add, since he seemed eager to get off the phone, that id like the burger plain and no donner on the mixed hoagie, he said "what, you want just chicken and cheese in a wrap" i was very confused, because in the past I've always gotten a wrap, chips, cheese, chicken and lamb, so I simply said "no, just the chicken and lamb" this man goes to gaslight me on an order I've made for months by saying "what do you mean" I repeated "the lamb" and he again, very defensively "what do you mean" so I just said cancel that order and hung up, and now I am starving and seething by that attitude on the phone, I am not a personal punching bag for anyone, especially someone I give my custom to. Ordered from the before and had great food, last few times however have been a far cry of the standards I've held of them. Must've been a bad night I thought the first time, ordered again and everything was off, the chips were sour as if the oil wasn't changed, burger was completely soaked in grease, tried again tonight as I thought id give another chance, yes it was a late order but could've been told that and they weren't accepting orders but instead my partner and I were made to feel like a major inconvenience, rushing the phone call to just place the order and get it over with instead of just listening to us as we weren't finished, we were then given attitude for our order so we decided to just cancel it. Mon 2nd Dec at around 9.30 went in got a 12"chicken sweetcorn pizza which I must say was excellent I ordered a side of chicken pakora wich was as dry as an Arabs sandle it was as if it been lying all night its put me right off a shame as only positive experiences b4 but once a food outlet lets me down then its game over only as good as the last order i wont be back sorry guys your chicken pakora let you...
