Mancini's Street Food — Restaurant in Scotland

It was my first time ordering from Mancini’s last Monday. At 7pm, I paid through Just Eat and I ordered a chicken kebab and a single fish and peas for my friend. The order from Just Eat was cancelled per the Manager as the delivery driver’s car broke down. We phoned Mancini’s to find out what was happening with our order at 7.45pm I had not noticed the email on my phone. The Manager told us the delivery driver’s car is fixed. So we ordered again and at 8.08pm I phoned to ask where our order was at 9.15pm, I should have known this was going to end badly. At 9.30pm the driver turns up and the food was cold. The chicken kebab was a disgrace, the sauce was too hot and 3 pieces of lettuce does not really count for a salad. The fish was cold too and greasy. Very disappointed! We phoned the Manager and complained about the food and she assured us that it was piping hot. I can’t understand this, as she is in the shop and the driver is out delivering orders. She was very rude on the phone and I will NEVER order from here again. My friend and her family always order from Mancini’s, I always order from Toni’s...

Absolutely livid! Loyal customer to this establishment but customer service of one certain individual (THE APPARENT OWNER) 3rd time now we have received poor customer service from here but every other member of staff is so wonderful particularly tall blonde women! This time was apparently because someone in my area never accepted food, this was prior to her taking an address and simply took a postcode! Her attitude is absolutely disgusting and we will not be going back. Patronising someone and constantly saying (DEAR) does not make any situation better. I have also spent time looking at other reviews and it’s quiet apparent that plenty of people have commented on her attitude, if she is the owner then she’s driving people away if she’s not then she’s certainly ruining someone else’s business! Ordered a just eat at 6.05 and was told I will receive at 7.10. After making a phone call at 7.30 I was told it was still in the kitchen and didn’t receive until 8.03. One of the pizzas I ordered all the toppings had slid off the pizza into the corner of the box. I called to complain and was told that the delivery driver will have to come and collect it and they will need to make a new one and charge the delivery driver the cost of the pizza. Sorry but after waiting 2 hours for the initial delivery I wasn’t waiting again. First time I have ordered from here and defo won’t order again.
