I want to start by saying I highly recommend masteos if you want a sweet treat yet get it for pick up and not delivery.

I have ordered from mastros 3 times now 2 times from this mastros and one time from the one up in west Calder. And honestly I am shocked at the customer service and delivery time.

I ordered a small order a few nights ago. Me and my boyfriend were watching a movie and when the movie finished we realised we hadn’t received our order. The movie was 1 hour and 45 minutes long. I looked on justeat and I saw it said it had been delivered at 8:40 yet it was now 9:50pm. I called the shop and politely explained that I know they are understaffed and busy yet I don’t appreciate having to wait almost 2 hours for my order. The women was lovely and told me she would send out my order right there and then. I then waited a another 40 minutes before my order showed up (I live in Craig’s hill it’s a 5 minutes drive from the shop)

I appreciate that mastros is busy and understaffed yet I have handed in my cv many times over the last year. So they are clearly not trying to fix the understaffed issue. I shouldn’t have to wait over 2 hours for a singular brownie. I hope this...

First time ordering from Mastros as was in the mood for something sweet, this may be the first time I've ever left a one star review.... so disappointed, I orderd the 'custom crepes' with banana, strawberry, Nutella and kinder sauce, each topping was an extra 50p, which i didn't mind as it was a wee treat.... crepes? You mean carboard? Never had crepes before that where both crispy and chewy.... id have had more luck cutting through a steak...and the amount of topping for the extra fee was just disgusting..... 4 tiny shavings...(not slices or cubes, literally shavings)of strawberry for 50p? I usually order online but tonight I went round and ordered in store. Placed order waited almost 40 mins to get home and something was missing. I called to check but they hadn't heard me for one of the items and I dint fancy going round again to wait forever for a sundae. I think the music is too loud and I'm using that for them not hearing me correctly. Also think more staff is needed to speed things up especially when most of my order was ice cream 🍦 can't see any real reason for length of time.
