The menu itself is a masterpiece of Nepalese cuisine, offering a diverse array of dishes that cater to all palates. Each dish is a testament to the chef’s expertise and passion, meticulously crafted to highlight the vibrant and complex flavors unique to Nepal. From the succulent momo dumplings to the rich, aromatic curries, every bite is a revelation.
In the spirit of this extraordinary experience, I offer a haiku:

The standout dish of the evening was the Himalayan Lamb Curry, a symphony of tender meat and perfectly balanced spices, transporting us to the rugged landscapes of the Himalayas with each mouthful. The freshness of the ingredients and the harmonious blend of flavors made it a truly unforgettable culinary delight.
The attention to detail extends to the beverage selection, with a thoughtful array of traditional and contemporary drinks to complement the meal. The Nepalese tea, fragrant and soothing, provided a perfect conclusion to a sublime dining experience.

Read moreOk so the food was good, we had starters of samosas, sheek kebabs and chicken chilli, the samosas were lovely, we shared them between 2 of us. They were tasty but had a lot of pastry. The filling was good though. The sheek kebab and chilli chicken were also enjoyed. The curries were tasty. I had the Khasi Bhatuwa, we also ordered a Badam chicken, a Dhansak (though the 1 chilli advisory on the menu felt more like a 3 chilli experience, and this was an experienced curry eater.)
What let's this restaurant down is the basic service. We ordered poppadoms which were sent to the table but no pickles or chutney, we had to ask for that. Drinks were ordered but slow to be delivered, empties were not removed. Water glasses were left on the table but no water delivered to the table. One server walked around and it was clear she wanted to be anywhere else but there. I would not recommend this as a restaurant, as a takeaway it would have been fine, but the extras you expect from a restaurant... don't expect anything extra from here...
Read moreFirst visit to restaurant but certainly not last. Had many takeaways before and never disappointed too. The restaurant is off the beaten track but well worth a visit. Loved the layout and sitting in the booth was great too. Service and ambiance fantastic and choices in the restaurant menu were great along with guidance from our waiter Starters were amazing and so fresh. My king prawn puri was sublime and my hubby’s friend Nino bahjees were still tasty both accompanied with fresh salad. Hubby opted for a Kashmir chicken curry dish full of flavour I had a lamb dish that melted in the mouth. Accompanied by peshwari nan and coconut rice we were very full so couldn’t go for sweet. Recommend you give this...
