Ore-Bank Cafe — Restaurant in Scotland

Absolutely shocked at managers attitude I went in for large breakfast and the lassie was new that served me and didn't no I could only get 2 of each item.i went to shop and went back for the manager to apologise the lassie never knew this so I couldn't have a large breakfast she did give me 2 haggis 2 eggs even though I only took 1 egg cos I wasn't really wanting egg 2 sausages bacon and haggis asked for mushrooms I paid for a large breakfast and never got refunded not that I was wanting it as it would have only been like a quid or something but I asked for a bag and manager still asked for 5p off me I said are you kidding I have just paid for a large breakfast and not got it and you still want the 5p for my bag.. as her shop was busy I gave the 5p and come home to find my mushrooms were not in the breakfast either and because the bag thing bugged me all the way home as it was a bit cheeky I think I thought I will give her a phone and just say to her about the whole thing well her attitude stank on phone saying what do u want me to do I have apologied for no mushrooms but the 5p a bag is law top and bottom line of it I am a paying customers who paid for a meal i never fully got and then had something missing and then she still wanted more money off me defo not be back would rather take the journey to the ness cafe better...

Attitude from the staff at ore bank cafe is ridiculous they send the wrong food you phone to rectify it.. they say there driver must have ate the beans or insinuated that I am keeping them...

Up until today iv ordered at least 4 times a week never once complained about them..

She has the cheek to tell me that I phone to complain all the time.. no my fault they added haggis into my breakfast touching all other food so a cani eat it 😭😭
