Pepis Fryer & Pizzeria — Restaurant in Scotland

Avoid at all costs. I made an order for chips at cheese at 1806 and phoned back for the first time at 1910 looking for an update to be told my order was ready and they were waiting for a driver. I phoned back at 1940 after they still hadn’t been delivered, over an hour and a half from first ordering. I was told at this time the order was with the driver and on its way. I then phoned back at 2010 given my food had been prepared for over an hour, apparantly on the way but still wasn’t delivered to be met on the phone with hostility and told they were very busy. My dinner finally arrived at 2025, cold and not to standard. I will never order from this establishment again and regret ordering in the first instance. I appreciate they were busy but as some point you need to stop accepting orders and focus on the quality of the food your sending out instead of being greedy and hoping to make as much money as possible with shocking service, mediocre food and even worse...

I am absolutely disgusted by the standards of Pepis Fryer' s staff. They cannot decide whether to butter there rolls or not. One of the females was extremely cheeky about a buttered roll which was asked for as she had already served 2 previous buttered rolls and continued to serve an unbuttered roll, I then asked if she could make it a buttered roll which she refused, at which point I was very dissatisfied and then continued to voice my opinion at that point, I got incomplete order and was leaving and speaking with my partner and I said that I was unhappy with what they had served and there composure as a fast food take-away. I then said about writing a report as I was extremely appalled s I voice my opinion another male employee of Pepis Fryer threatened me and continued to growl through the window , trying to intimidate me, my partner and his friend . I shall never return to the shop and will also be reporting it...

Phone here quite often aswell as coming in the shop. Tonight phoned a delivery at 4.30pm and informed delivery driver doesn’t come until 5pm. That was fine , 5.40 comes around still no delivery.. phoned and asked to have a woman with attitude saying there was people before us. Ok fair enough , delivery arrives at 6pm .. open our delivery to a tub of curry sauce missing. Phone back up and the woman who claimed to be a manager says we ordered one tub .. not the case at all I was next to my husband and heard him say 2 tubs of curry sauce which she had also repeated our order before hanging up. She consistently tried to argue with my husband saying he’ll need to pay again aswell as more delivery charge for one tub of curry sauce. Disgraceful way to speak to customers and to refuse to come back when it was her mistake to start with is even more disgraceful. We are good customers and phone regularly but won’t ever...
