A REVELATION Our dinner at Saintear was a real revelation!!! So much so that we decided to return the next day for lunch. Cullen Skink, Deep Fried Bree Wedges, Crispy Shredded Sticky Sesame Chicken, Beef Lasagne, Beetroot Falafel... all fabulous! And the Crispy Shredded Sticky Sesame Chicken (which we took home because we couldn't finish it all) turned out to be a great starter the next day too. The ambience is really nice and airy, and we particularly enjoyed the sofa area, where you can wait relaxed for your table to be ready. Our mouths are still watering thinking about it... we will definitely be back :-D

What a fantastic place! Went to Saintear for lunch and it was just perfect. The staff are so friendly and the place itself is lovely. But the food is the star of the show, it is absolutely fantastic. I had the smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel which was incredible and just so so fresh and a mug of soup on the side which was perfect for warming up from the island wind. As well as the food they also have a fantastic drinks selection - both soft drinks and alcoholic beverages - and make a fantastic cup of coffee. If you are ever visiting Westray then you can't miss Saintear - looking forward to my next visit.

What an amazing cafe! The food was absolutely delicious and the coffee was so so good. The view from the cafe is beautiful and the atmosphere is as cozy as it gets. We were so glad to find this place during our visit to Westray. The owners were so lovely and attentive and the attention to detail is superb. Our absolutely favourite cafe in Orkney 10/10.

Fantastic little cafe just outside of Pierowall! We each had a delicious lentil soup and a cheese scone, and also a piece of black forest cake and coffees. Delicious, and fast service from friendly staff. They were very accommodating for the baby providing a high chair and with fantastic baby changing facilities generously stocked with wipes...
