Came across this place on a Sunday lunchtime. Was a pleasant surprise. Food was served hot, not just warm. Portions were big. Staff-very friendly & helpful, even alerting us to a good deal we could get, of which there are several. A few veggie options and a salad bar. An array of cakes including orepackaged. Steak Bridie was half the size of a head! Full of filling, as was the giant sausage roll with crisp flaking pastry. Big tea & a rhubarb pie. This was our least impressive choice-pastry was soft & although plenty filling, it was all shredded & too sweet, no chunks or tartness. This cost just just over £7! There was still a good choice and very steady flow even at the day & time we visited.

Couldn't see a bakery sign on the outside but did see it on Google maps. Great food selection and price

Today I thought I would stop of at this shop for my dinner. We got home and cooked my scotch pie and steak bridie. I have to say it was the worst scotch pie I've ever had!!!!. Couldn't eat it!!! The steak bridie wasn't that good either. I've mostly enjoyed Stephens bakeries. I mostly buy the food in the Clackmannanshire area where i live. But this experience has put me off eating there food ever again. I wouldn't have given it one...
