Subway — Restaurant in Scotland

Ordered from here for delivery. Checked after the delivery time and the app said the driver had waited at the door for seven minutes and left - this is rubbish, I was basically in a big conservatory so I'd have noticed someone hanging around! The app had a photo the delivery driver claimed to be them attempting to deliver - it was clearly the forecourt of the garage where the Subway branch is. I then tried calling multiple times to see if I could at least have picked up the food that had allegedly been returned, but it just rang out then got cut off. Very angry that I have probably lost £27 and the friends I was treating went without lunch as they had to get back to work. I've been a customer for a long time but...

Food is good and prepared quickly but the staff are far from friendly and just seem like they really don't want to be there and that having customers is somehow an inconvenience for them. Love subway but the attitude and dismissively rudeness of the staff means I probably won't be going back. I understand everyone has a bad day here and there but this was all the staff and also not the 1st time I've had this service...

One star cause I can't give them zero. Order hardly ever done right. Missing items all the time. Just placed another one through Uber Eats for two subs and yet again received only one. Mistakes happen but looks like in this place happens very very often. Intentionally or staff can't count to two?...
