SYMPOSIUM coffee house Lido — Restaurant in Scotland

I use symposium alot but think some areas regards clearing and cleaning tables need improved. Others commenting on it today. Table we sat at was clear but table hadn't been wiped down. As crumbs on it on closer inspection. No other tables were cleared so we excepted it didn't make a fuss. Coffees came lovely as always but waiter put the stirrers straight on the dirty table. Table next to us had lots of plates on it customers sat down on it which was their choice but when the coffee was delivered the plates weren't taken away and once again stirrers put directly on the table. When ever we are in the N.E. a visit to Symposium coffee houses is a must. The one thing we like is that consistancy is across the board, the bagels are always the same, the coffee is always the same, the cakes are always the same etc. Today was Symposium in Peterhead, we had a bagel with crispy bacon, the bacon is deffinately crispy, we also had the salmon bagel.
