It is so difficult to find anywhere open at lunchtime for food in our area. Noted The Lighthouse was open every day so booked onto the caravan site and went off in search of foo. The menu has a few interesting twists but also serves traditionals like fish and chipe, steak pie etc. We opted for Loaded chips with spicy beef and loaded chips with duck. Both were enormous portions and the dishes contained spring onions, cucumber, sauces, cheese, various flavourings and the meat.I found the beef rather chewy but edible but the overall dish was good, as was the duck. The staff were very efficient and friendly. We even had a voucher for ÂŁ5 off! Yes, we would return!

Wow! We were amazed and delighted at the quality ingredients, and Imaginative flavour combinations of the most delicious food. Highlights were the ninja loaded fried, the halloumi and bean burger, the beef burger and fish and chips. Absolutely fantastic!!! Also had a brilliant selection of alcohol free drinks. Serving staff were also lovely and friendly. Bravo! Our stay at Sands of Luce was excellent and The Lighthouse was the proverbial ‘jewel in the crown’.

I would highly recommend this mobile home accommodation , spotlessly clean,stayed three nights but when returning, my husband said he wants to stay longer.. We ate in the most friendly restaurant, the staff must be treated well because they all seemed happy there, and so helpful and professional. The food was very good as the wine. Enjoyed the entertainment offered. With the sea, accommodation, food, entertainment and welcoming 100%

I would highly recommend this mobile home accommodation , spotlessly clean,stayed three nights but when returning, my husband said he wants to stay longer.. Visited the lighthouse bar on many occasions for several years now. The food is the best in the area by far! Plenty of choice on the menu for the whole family as well as regular specials. The burgers are a firm favourite of mine and my husband loves the pizza, my dad always goes with the fish and chips. We recently came with the majority of my wedding party who were staying with us for a week after the wedding and all of the guests still talk about how delicious the loaded fries are. The pricing is competitive for the quality of food you are getting. I can honestly say I have never had a bad meal here. All the staff are very welcoming and it’s very child friendly. I’ve just seen the launch of the breakfast/ brunch menu and I can’t wait to visit to try it out. (Even if it involves 100s of...

Having been coming to Sands of Luce Holiday Park for over 10 years, my husband and I can’t find anything negative to say about any of our visits.

We have had a number of meals in the Lighthouse Bar & Restaurant and the food has always been good. Bar staff and waitresses have all been welcoming and the bar/table service has been spot on.

We often site outside for food when we take our cocker spaniel Gracie with us when the weather is nice enough to do so. Gracie has been in the restaurant with us every time we have a meal and she’s always been on her best behaviour. Staff even make the time to fuss over her.

So to conclude, I would highly recommend the Lighthouse for food, drinks, live music...

My boyfriend and I visited last night for dinner and drinks. The food was delicious and the live music was brilliant. The manager however was extremely rude!! Our drinks were cleared from our reserved table when we popped outside. 2 glasses with only a little gin left and 2 full glasses. When I went up to the bar I was told “All I can do is give you a drink to share.” She proceeded to pour half measure in to each glass 😂😂😂 followed by a lot of excuses! Her attitude was appalling! we spent a lot of money in the restaurant and at the end of the night she said “do you think you should pay your bill now?” When we had already paid!!
