Ordered online through the app, I ordered the katsu chicken with chips onion rings and coleslaw, what I received was cheesy chips and a soggy slab of processed chicken with a tub of sauce, and they had the nerve to charge £10.75 for it plus delivery charges, I called to say this was not suitable as I didn't order it, and cannot eat cheese, I have a food allergy /intolerance, what I ordered wasn't advertised as having cheese, that is why it was ordered, ( I didn't need to declare any food intolerance as I hadn't ordered anything I couldn't consume) only to be told by a member of staff that I "ordered from the wrong menu", I had ordered through the app provided by the business and it didn't say there was a separate menu or that item wasn't available, so I expected to receive what the app allowed me to order, and what I paid for, (cheesy chips and a processed bit of chicken isn't worth £10.75 on any day, but I digress) after trying to explain this more than once to the staff member, I was told again "I had ordered from the wrong menu" and they had "no control over the app it was the app provider". So the business doesn't dictate what is on their own app for their business? That's a ridiculous statement to make, They then had the audacity to accuse me of being impolite, and asked I give them the same courtesy they were showing me, I replied I was, so not only did I order from the wrong menu I was allegedly being rude for asking why I was allowed to order it in the first place through their own app if it wasn't available.
After some back more back and forth I was informed the owners were in holiday, and not available to discuss the issue, then the staff member allegedly tried to refund my payment method which they said they could not do, I then heard a voice in the background shouting " if she is still complaining I will send another one out but she will have to wait" well 'she' was complaining that what you sent out wasn't safe to eat for the reasons previously given. You can't just deliver anything you want and expect it to be ok with the customer!
I waited around another hour for the replacement to arrive, what arrived made me burst out laughing from ridiculousness, was it some sort of petty revenge? Greasy odd coloured chips, again a soggy slab of processed chicken both of which looked like they had been steeped in old cooking oil, 2 onion rings and the smallest tub ever of I assume was coleslaw, another tub of again I assume was katsu sauce, It all went in the bin. This was only the second time we had ordered from here first time we waited over 2 hrs for our delivery, but thought we would give them another try, it will be a long time before a third order is placed, they certainly have not left a...

Smoked fajita pizza.
No taste that even resembles a fajita Only 4 pieces of chicken on the entire pizza The pizza is just a BBQ chicken pizza that's Incorrectly labeled as a fajita pizza.
The full smoker.
The pizza toppings were few and far between. With the collection of different flavors, it results in a strange and not very enjoyable taste. The "pulled beef" wasn't even pulled, it was sliced beef from a packet. I asked for extra cheese and caramelised onions, I don't appear to have gotten either despite paying the 70p extra per item. Not worth the 16.50 i paid for it. Way over priced!
Milkshakes
The milkshakes were surprisingly priced accordingly. They were watery, tasteless and just disappointing.
Our final bill came to £38, and in all honesty I feel ripped off. My partner and I have been meaning to come here for months, the pictures on Facebook make the food look amazing but in reality it's subpar at best.

Access into the cafe is also easy with a large, very clean disabled / baby changing toilet which was well equipped with air freashner, wipes, toilet cleaners and nappies.....definately deserve Brownie points ! The only parking I could see was on the road across the street although it wasn't too difficult to cross. Staff wanted to be as helpful as they could after taking our order, therefore encouraged us to sit at a table they had just Covid cleaned for us to use. We indicated our intention to sit outside in the sunshine at their little courtyard area and they were very happy for us to go ahead and for them to serve us outside once ready. The whole Hub appeared extremely clean, bright and airy. Price for decaf coffee, can diet coke and 2 tray bakes was...
