Awful. Placed an order and delivery time was over an hour. Ok, I thought, Saturday night. Then got a message to say the order was delayed so we ended up waiting over 2 hours for 2 pizzas. Just 2 pizzas, it wasn't a massive order or anything. We've been to the old place they had in the caravan and when we turned up at the time they said it would be ready we still had to wait 30 minutes. They can't use the excuse that they've moved to new premises as they've been using JustEat for ages. If they can't cope with the volume then they should suspend ordering until they've caught up. Spoken to loads of people who have the same problem. Shocking waiting times for both delivery and collection. When the pizzas eventually came i asked the driver to wait while i checked they were hot before accepting them, to which he replied "of course they are, they're just out of the oven". Very cheeky reaponse to a reasonable query given the amount of time we'd waited. The pizzas are OK - too thin a base that doesn't hold the topping in the centre so you're left with a mound of gunk in the middle. They are not good enough to put up with this. Will...

We decided to try it tonight and we were REALLY impressed.

The pizzas (BBQ Chicken and Meat Feast if you are interested) were cooked quickly and tasted delicious. That said, please be aware that you are likely to have to wait to get to the front of the Q to order because this place is POPULAR!

I haven't tried anything else off the menu yet but the orders I observed covered the entire menu and it was obvious that several people were regulars so I expect all the food is of a simular quality. I'll let ypu kow when I try it.

The people working the kitchen all seemed to want to be there and were upbeat and chatty.

Payment is by card, cash or phone so worries on that front.

There is a small car park where you can wait but it does get full quickly.

Sorry for being hangry on the phone 😂 kids were waiting for their food and order was already late because of Just Eat then a miscommunication meant food was even later. Restaurant refunded us and guy on the phone took the time to call back and explain everything and food arrived very quickly after that and was delicious so will definitely order again. Edit: They just called for a second time and Andrea was incredibly sweet and apologetic. Honestly couldn't recommend this place highly enough, they clearly care very much about customer satisfaction.
