Lovely warm and comfortable surroundings with an excellent view.

Sadly, outwith 1 member of staff, the service from the remaining staff members was abismal.

We had a total of 4 waiters/waitresses for 2 people, 1 drink each and 1 meal.

15 mins to get a menu, only after going to the bar to ask as was previously advised upon entering that it is table service. Another 7 or 8 minutes for our order to be taken.

Utterly unacceptable and the waitresses need to learn the basics of customer service by cracking a smile.

The cheek of including a service charge was an insult but for the purposes of the one professional gentleman who intervened towards the end,...

Love the vibe of this space. Really well decorated! The menu is slightly overpriced but it's a hotel bar so a bit to be expected. The chicken burger was really nice, the gnocchi was very rich and you can't eat...
