What Dessert? Methil — Restaurant in Scotland

If I could give negative stars I wouldn't hesitate. Without exaggeration, the worst business I've ever had the misfortune of ordering from.

I live, at most, a 10 minute drive away from this place. I ordered at 10PM. I was told it'd be 14-30 minutes. At 11PM I called and was told it'd be the next delivery. At 11:45 I called to find out it had just left. That was the second attempt though, as she hung up on me when I said I had called about my order being late. The girl answering the phone was rude every time I talked to her.

When it finally arrived, the donuts were in a torn bag and some were loose in the plastic carrier. They were missing an item. Mind you, this was a whopping order of 4 items. When I called, I was given excuse after excuse. "You're too far away from us" or "Well we've actually got a lot of orders." I feel sorry for the other people. She said it was a driver issue. I suggested that, since he'd only just left my door, she call the driver and he can turn around and give me what I paid for. She said she'd try. She obviously didn't. A further 15 minutes later, I called to ask if she did. She said she could deliver it to me TOMORROW. Reminder that I ordered 2 hours before they closed. When I said no to that, she asked what I wanted done. I said I want them to deliver what I ordered. She said "I can't do anything about that." And hung up on me.

Onto the food that I did actually receive. Expensive and awful. The dubai chocolate churros looked like the dog had an accident on them and didn't taste much better. I don't know about the other 2 items, all I know is that I certainly don't want to try it.

A waste of my time, my money and most importantly a waste of the raw ingredients it took to make the awful mess. If you're nearby and fancy some churros, I suggest buying and learning how to make them. It'll be cheaper, you'll get them faster and it'll certainly be easier than dealing with the girl...

poped in today after a nice day on the beach with my lovely woman, had some waffles with icream and salted caramel sauce ,my woman had a banana something,OMG ,OH YESSSSSS, great just delious they were. Thanks! service was quick and great, and to top it all we grabbed some of there vast selection of sweets for the kids and netfix night with ma woman,happydays oh aye I had some bubble gum ice cream to,yum yum..I know to much but ,hey you try resist the temptation....

Recently moved to Edinburgh from Glenrothes and after having driven all the way over on Saturday night to arrive at the shop at 10pm the shop was all closed up with shutters down. Google times say 10:30pm for closing and Facebook says 11pm for closing. Been enjoying the sweet treats for a few years when i stayed nearby that's why I made the journey but severely disappointed with this. Will definitely not be back and will not be...
