This is a new cafe (at least to me). Conviently located just outside the village of Fowlmere about 15km south of Cambridge. Plenty of parking for πŸš—πŸš— and πŸš΄πŸš΄β€β™€οΈπŸš΄β€β™‚οΈ. It is in a modern barn structure but it is made to look quite rustic inside. Nice place to sit and there is seating inside and outside. There is quite a bit of space so good for SD. I was served quickly by efficient staff. I had a large β˜•, a πŸ₯and 🍰; all were πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹. The prices were very reasonable making it good value. There is also a Italian focused deli if you want to grab some spaghetti. I will certainly return. This only downside for me is it is a bit too close to where I live ☹️. Feb 2022 update: still good but it can get busy at times and getting the drinks and food can sometimes be a bit slow - just chill though. Although there is a πŸš— park, it's still a great place to visit by 🚴 or on πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈ. Still great in September 2022 - but don't get there too late as the good cakes we'll have gone. June 2023, although it's recently changed its name to cafe Amigo, the food and drink are still just as good. June 2024 - still great. Jan 2025 - lovely cake. Mar...

25 minute wait for coffee while over 10 cyclists got theirs to take away even though they arrived after us… when the coffee eventually arrived it was burnt and watery. Staff seemed unbothered to say the least, and my custom was inconvenient to them. Not to mention a rude old man in awfully tight Lycra stretching whilst leaning on our table? And another man repeatedly walking into my babies high chair with his silly cycling shoes. It all made for a very uncomfortable atmosphere and not very family friendly, rather a watering ground for tightly wrapped β€˜packages’ at eye level, enough to stop me taking my...

This is not just another coffee shop. This is not just another cyclist stop. This is a unique place to enjoy and learn about the magic of coffee. Carlos and his team offered us a superb breakfast experience with truly delicious combination of Latin American and local dishes. But even more important, they shared with us their passion and knowledge about coffee. Then they allowed us to wander their back shop where they roast their coffee so that they can offer the best flavours and to their customers. If you are in Cambridgeshire and love a genuine nice atmosphere and coffee, this is a place...

An awesome and rather quirky bistro off the beaten track. Some bits: Coffee Lemon Meringue ..were awesome. The beef pasty I had was disappointing from a pastry perspective as it was very thin and soggy, but the filling flavour was excellent. Cafe also has a range of gluten free/vegetarian etc items to go with your coffee. Pricing is very reasonable but the fact that there were plenty of people there on a Mon afternoon is probably the ultimate recommendation. Also sells locally roasted coffee beans which can be bought ground for expressos or caffitieres.
