Absolutely disgusted with the manager that works there . He accused me of being a liar and to top it all off he accused my kids of being liars. I was waiting in on a order and received a text saying that my pizza left the robrough store . I waited 40 mins past the time of text . I phoned the store to find out that the driver went back with my order as i didnt answer my door . I stated to the manager that no one came to my door as my doorbell didnt ring and didnt pick up anyone coming to my door being a ring door bell also my kids didnt see anyone drive down my street. When i stated this to the manager he said that his driver did go to my property and i didnt answer. Well im sorry but the ring doorbell has proof . The manager didnt want to hear any of it and said the pizzas will be delivered again . I said i dont want cold pizzas being delivered. He stated it is what it is and he would never make a fresh batch since i am in the wrong. I ended up giving pizzas to my kids that was very cold and for paying over 50 pounds on my order i sent a email to the complaints who in the end backed up the manager. They ignored the fact that i had evidence that no one came to my door apart from the 2nd driver who told me that the manager and the other driver didnt know where i was and thats why they sent this driver who knew my street . So once again this wasnt my fault and had to embarrassingly hand my kids cold pizza. I know i can warm up pizza in the oven or microwave but when i spend over 50 pound to treat my family i expect better service and not being lied to by the manager of the robrough store even with all the evidence i have...
Read morePlaced an order online tracking said driver was in our street no delivery arrived. Rang store spoke to someone called James who said he’d go see what had happened to our delivery. After being on hold for almost 5 minutes he came back said he’d forgotten he’d put me on hold & laughed . I asked what had happened to our order he just simply said “I dunno love” Didn’t really seem to care offered me a refund then pretty much hung up on me. Called back spoke to the manager Alex who didn’t really seem to be that bothered either said you’ll get a refund but it’ll take 3 to 5 days then implied I was lying about how I was spoken to on the phone the 1st time I had rang. Said our pizza had been delivered but couldn’t tell me where ? .. we have a ring door bell & no one had been near our house as we had checked it. My husband is autistic and needs to have his hot sauce with his food. We ended up waiting 20 mins for them to redeliver our sauce and when we got it our food had gotten completely blank out cold. The chicken had gotten soggy and the pizza had become warm not hot like it should be it was like after a backside has been sat on a sofa and left a warm spot. No joke. We deserve to get everything with our order no matter how small it may be that goes for everybody and not kept waiting for a small pot of sauce.
