Went to the Spalding one, and was so looking forward to my first Taco bell experience. Luckily I went when was very quiet and no drive through queue (the night before was chaotic). Despite needing to repeat my order several times, the window staff member was lovely, but sadly the food was very disappointing, considering they had time to take care with the food. The taco was mostly lettuce with a sliver of the mince across the bottom (very stingy). It was also not wrapped properly, so it fell out if the wrapping into the bag as i reached in. The cheese rollup is literally grated cheese rolled in a tortilla, the loaded fries were just slopped into a box with a few small pieces of tomato. Then put in the bag upside down, so when I tried to take it out it all collapsed in the bag. The fries were cold, soggy and had been sat there for a while it seems. Plus side: The meat was well seasoned though, as were the fries, so I bet they would taste great when fresh. They were also generous with the fries, but we're going for the taco filling not the fries. The best part was the poofed cinnamon sugar things, but I wouldn't go back just for that. I really wanted to be impressed by the food, but just because you're new and well anticipated, doesn't mean the food standards should suffer. If anything, the food should be at it's best for...

Thought I would pop down now its been open a week or two.

Spent 30 minutes through the drive through, no one being directed to parking bays, Deliveroo also waiting to be served, felt a little unorganised. Surprised they have started using Deliveroo as you would expect this to likely be enabled once they are fully trained and up to speed with operating the restaurant.

Thankfully the staff member did thank me for my patience. When paying it took a few moments to go through, she was handing me my drink but quickly snatched it away as the payment was still clearing.. little unnecessary.

Once I finally got my meal I went home and the meal was OK, the taco was crunchy, filled pretty well and tasty, the burrito again pretty nice.

The churros however... noticed the syrup/sauce was not in the bag but thought that's OK as it will be covered in cinnamon sugar... but looked like they failed to actually put any sugar on them so I ended up chucking them out.

All in all wouldn't return anytime soon, think they need to get the basics right. Given 3 stars as the main items were good but the operation of the restaurant has really...

Absolutely appalling food. Despite double checking the order, they still got it drastically wrong and with several items missing. We are out of pocket by about a tenner as we were charged for said missing items. The fillings were skimpy, the tacos not even a quarter full, the quesadillas had around 7 or 8 tiny bits of chicken in them. The chips were placed at the bottom of the bag and subsequently got very squashed by the weight of the other food. We asked for a taco without lettuce, but got one with a teaspoon of mince and extra lettuce, no cheese, no salsa/tomatoes. I totally get that they are newly opened and there will of course be teething problems, but judging by the other reviews, they should have been way more prepared and need to rethink their fillings portion sizes. I can do ten times better myself at home and will not make the mistake of spending over £36 on this...

We drove from Peterborough; our first time at Taco Bell and we won't be going back. We ordered on the app and it said ready to collect at 16:09. We went in and waited and the whole place was full of customers waiting for their food. All the tables was dirty, food and rubbish all over the floor. I went to the toilet and it looked more like a truckstop toilet. My feet actually got stuck to the floor, urine all over the seat! The drive thru seems to get priority over other customers. The poor young lads working there can obviously not cope with the demand. Not enough staff!! Some customers asked for refunds and went to KFC next door. We waited an hour for our food. Food was OK, burritos was nice. I would skip on the taco's, bland and just a bunch of lettuce. Hopefully the Peterborough branch will be better staffed as waiting an hour for fast food is actually ridiculous.

First week in this new restaurant and not a bad start. To begin with parking is limited, it's easier to park at The Tulip Queen or Service Station opposite with ample parking. The restaurant is quite small and seating can get quite full at busy times. I went for the volcano burito box which came with a chicken burito, small taco, seasoned fries and a churro. The chicken burito lacked any spice at all but was quite filling. The taco was basic with ground beef, cheese and lettuce. The churro came with caramel sauce but was packed in the same box. The staff were really friendly and vibrant. Overall i give it four stars as the parking shared with KFC will become an issue at busy periods and a brand like this would be better served in a more central location as without a car it is impossible to reach
