3 of us sat down at a table waiting to be served patiently as it was busy, whilst new people were going to sit down and were being served straight away!. Waitresses were completely missing us. As a professional caterer I noticed two tables leave without having any service. You were busy. Three members of staff out front. I saw staff deliver food and walk back to the kitchen empty handed even though they passed tables that needed clearing. It's not easy when busy, but one has now to make another trip to clean that table, also you lose a member of staff to the coffee machine. This is not in any way a complaint, just an observation.
