Burger King — Restaurant in South Norfolk

Ordered a burger king through just eat, a deliveroo driver turned up with a completely wrong order. It was a single vegan burger and drink. I had ordered Whopper meals for a family of 4. He insisted it was correct in spite of me showing him my receipt proving every aspect of the order was incorrect (my name, order number and mobile no, not to mention the entire contents). He then put the food on the floor and tried to leave. I insisted he took the food back and bring me the correct order but he refused and said its not his problem. I had to threaten to chuck the food in his car unless he took it away, which he reluctantly did. I said how do I get my food, he said I don't know ring just eat and make a complaint. He left and I rang just eat to make my complaint and their response was they would report it to their complaints department and I will hear back in 48 hours. I told her that was crazy and I want the food I paid for. She told me to try ringing the Burger king branch the food came from, but obviously there is no telephone number on line and she didn't know it. I asked why there was not a more simple procedure like driver takes food back and collects correct order, but that is apparently far too sensible. Finally as I was about to hang up the phone when the just eat representative had the nerve to ask to rate how helpful she had been, it was Minus a million...

Pulling up to this very recluded place has pretty shocking it looked like a scrap yard mental and debry everywhere alot of rubbish and even dirty clothes not a view to see be re even going into a food place.. We Continue into burger king witch is to the right of the building we order our food on screens the service from a young female was very rude and food it self was not up to standards very poor half filled large cappuccino witch we had to ask the young lady to fill and she just added boiling water Infront of us pretty shocking yo say the Least. we were charge 30p each for our sauces even tho we selected free one with meal and did not get after paying 30+ for food all round experience was poor the staff looked half asleep with attitudes toward customers even the toilets were disgusting and not kept clean . HSI should take a visit won't be returning. Due to our experience the service and the state from liter and scrap metal and dumped tyres left in the car park / looking out the window of the restant liter and cans on the grass...

Afte going to McDonald's for years, we thought we would try Burger King. What a disappointment. First impressions were not good right from the car park. Overflowing bins and rubbish everywhere. Then, to be greeted with what looked like an old black wooden shed. We went inside, which was shared with a Subway to be greeted by old wooden tables and chairs. We had a discount but had to order at the machine then go to the counter to pay to get the discount from the manger which took 5 minutes. We then waited at least 20 minutes for our food, which was ok but not very hot. I ordered a large meal at extra cost but only received a regular meal then to be told what we had ordered couldn't be done in large but it was the same price as large, very confusing. Overall, it was a very poor visit, and we will not be going back to...
