Poor service by staff. They gave me a cold meat & potato pie. I requested for a hot pie and informed me to wait for 15 minutes. I waited and still got a cold pie and I found that out by tasting a little piece. I had to through the pie away and I was unable to speak to them about this as I had to rush to go somewhere. Friendly staff and a pleasant store. I had a sausage roll and a steak slice and surprise surprise it was cold. I realise Vat has to be added on hot food (?) but it's hardly going to break the bank on a pasty is it? Especially when the food is not very nice once cold. Surely food should be kept hot or chilled quickly - not allowed to cool slowly?...
