I found Jo by doing an internet search; I didn't know her and went purely by online reviews and pictures. I needed an extra-special 100th birthday cake made and Jo made what I wanted in size, shape and design with no quibbles or trying to 'sell' me anything different. I can tell you the result was fantastic and was the best cake I've ever eaten as were the gingerbread biscuits she gave me. If I ever need a cake for any other occasion I wouldn't go...
