Costa Drive Thru — Restaurant in Stafford

This costa that has been recently built less then 100 metres away from my school used to be a calm relaxing nice place to sit and study or wait before school starts with a warm drink , however the events from today has changed that. As its pouring down with rain outside I came into the establishment and sat next to a freind who had ordered a large drink , accompanied by 2 other friends . A worker kindly told us to buy a drink or we had to leave (understandably) , however once I had purchased a hot chocolate and sat back down , still accompanied by my two other friends and my other freind who also bought a drink , on of there employees rudely told us to leave if we ALL don't get a drink , even though we were taking up only one table in a cafe with about 15 tables and there was about 3 other customers in the establishment at the time . We obviously told the women that we had purchased two drink and are still consuming it however she proceded to not listen and sternly tell us to leave even thought we purchased drinks . We ended up leaving straight away since were respectfully but we DID NOT feel like the services we received were respectfully to us and instead of going inside and ordering a drink from costa , because of there employee they have just lost 4...

Popped in for a Maple Hazelnut latte and a millionaires shortbread around lunchtime. There was only one person in front of me at the till. Got served quickly and got told my drink would follow shortly. There was one lady doing drinks, but all the other staff were just standing around or talking on their headsets. Unfortunately for me the guy in front odered 4 drinks. In addition they had run out of maple hazelnut sprinkles for my drink, but I choose to have chocolate sprinkles instead. The restaurant was untidy, and the tables needed to be cleared. I had to move a tray before I could find somewhere to sit. This is the worst Costa in Stafford. Ordered 2 small americanos with extra shot of coffee, 1 black the other with a small drop of milk, asked them to fill cup to just above half way. I had an offer which gave me £1off which I presented. I Parked car and lifted coffee from holder, top not on properly and as I squeezed the cup and as it was full to the brim it spilt all over me, my central auto gear console an the seats. Not happy as the car is only 4 months old. The top on the other cup was on tight but the cup had been filled to within a quarter of an inch of the top as I suspect mine was.
