TO BE AVOIDED! THE FOOD WAS NEVER GOING TO ARRIVE.

Worst service I've ever experienced. I ordered food and waited an hour for the delivery. After not arriving within the hour I called and was reassured that my order was out for delivery. After a hour and a half had past I called again and was told it would be with me any time now. Again this was not the case. After TWO HOURS! of waiting a called again to tell them to keep the food as I was no longer willing to pay for such terrible service. For this final call I was talking to a different guy who told me that the food had not yet been processed and he would have the food with me in 5 mins! I declined this offer on the grounds that the previous call operator had lied to me twice claiming that my order was out for delivery and would be with me 'any time now'. So basically if I had not have called and cancelled the order I would have...

So we ordered food which arrived 15 minutes late and was cold . I called them and they stated they would give me a discount next time. As the person on the phone spoke to the manager I heard him say ‘they are still crying over it’. I then asked to speak to the manager who apologised for the previous comments. I informed him I would not be ordering from them again and informed them they would need to find another solution. The man was unhelpful and rude. He stayed he would send fresh food but it would be 30 minutes he repeated ‘you need to send the other food back’ Would Definately not order again and would advise anybody else not to use them the service was shocking as well as the customer...

Poor quality in general, rude staff, get the order completely wrong and try blame me then admitted they were in the wrong, send replacement food which I have to pay for, got told we could keep the wrong order, then they ask for it back when they deliver the correct food. So I place my order, wait over an hour even though I live not even 5 minutes away, the order arrives completely incorrect then I'm in the wrong and have to pay for replacements aswell as the staff being rude and hanging up the phone on me twice, won't be going here again.
