1st, I AM VERY DISSAPPOINTED!! Wednesday( 03/01) I wiseted the restaurant with my kids. I ordered a Happy Meal and a chicken blc and double cheesburger with 2 portions of cheese dippers and a medium coke. I waited 40 minutes for this small order. I don't have a ice in my drink. I did not tell even 1 single world I don't want ice in my drink. 2nd, My Husband working in your restaurant he finished his shif at 1 am. After his shift in drive thru he ordered a 3pcs chiken select meal and a signiature meal. He waited his food 25 minutes even when the store absouloute was not busy... He has not got any dipper for the select and my signiature burger was not feresh... The beef was dry and the cheese was dry and the side was hard. The chiken selects side was so hard and dry...he got the drinks with no ice!! When he knocked back the drive thru window to ask some dipper for the select he was been ignored , even the person on the drive seen him..also he did not get the recet from his order.
I worked in a drive thru store and the proceduree is put the napkin on the closed bag and put the recet on the top, or with the drinks.
I just let you know I working in Hanley restaurant and your service was everything but not custemer service. We always ask the coustemers what dipper they would like if they don' t say specificly. And we always put an ice in the drin8ks ony if the coustemer asking do not put.

Read moreWe have always used this McDs as a drive thru. Food always seems good and hot. I have also eaten here at school kick out time, food was okay, no sorting of swearing kids pushing customers around.
However, tonight was something different. The food was okay, lukewarm, considering we were eating in.
But the state of the place was utterly despicable. Dirty tables were everywhere, it took us time to find one relatively clean. Surely once people have left, a table can be cleaned. Staff were more interested in chatting to one table, either friends or fellow workers...
And I cannot express how filthy the floor was. It was clear it had not been mopped for hours. You could make out greasy footprints, there was food under tables. In the 40 minutes we were there, no mop emerged. Someone finally cleaned a table (which takes seconds) when a member of staff on break eating told them about our conversation. There was food left under a table for our entire sitting, it was there before we sat down.
We won't be going again for eat in or drive thru. I suggest whoever has the franchise hires or trains in terms of cleanliness. The people who were on shift tonight have zero idea or professionalism.
It was disgustingly filthy. Not even the kid's...
Read moreI walked into the restaurant on a Friday evening. The lights were off other than in the kitchen and there was one staff member behind the counter. So I walked over to him and he asked me my name. I said "I'm Myrtle" and he said "Jonathan." He maintained eye contact for so long I almost forgot to order. Anyways, once I remembered what I was doing I began to order. He repeated every item back to me and kept staring at me until I said "That's all." He shouted to the back "ONE BIG MAC AND SPECIAL FRIES" and promptly began to make it himself (for the record I ordered a Big Mac and a coffee). While I waited for my order I looked around me and there was one other staff member sitting in a booth in the dark. She didn't seem to move, just stared at her hands unblinking. I received my order in the cardboard drink holder, big mac and all, unboxed. I tried to say "thank you" but Jonathan just sank down behind the counter. He was sitting on the floor, and the lights turned off. I began to leave the store with my order (carefully as the big mac was..naked...) and the quiet staff member from the booth ran towards the door and pried it open for me. Altogether a wonderful...
