Ordered a mega mac and a cheeseburger, asked do I want salad on the mega mac (usually meaning side salad) and if I wanted mayo. Burger came with no mac sauce just mayo, no salad, literally the same as the cheeseburger and very charred overcooked burgers. Buns were stale (gf smacked a section off the wall and tore the wallpaper with it) and when I called to complain got shocking attitude from lady on the phone saying I ordered it no salad and only mayo, explained it was not made clear that the mayo would be on the burger not for the chips and the mega mac I'd paid extra for was identical to the cheeseburger which was cheaper. Lady made sure to mention there was only 20p difference, sending another burger out and want the original back. Took a bite out of it just to annoy them, won't be going back after ordering from them for 4 years.

Update - second burger came, soggy, chips were awful....

Placed an order Piri Piri Chicken & Mixed Kebab on line and told it would be ready to collect at 19:05 (20 mins). Arrived at 19:05 and waited for my food until 19:35!! The shop was organised chaos...Four Chefs cooking and stacking food on to a central storage area, while two other staff took orders and tried to serve very annoyed and disgruntled customers..They constantly ask you what you have ordered and search through the piles of food that is increasing in size by the minute only to say it wont be long.. They even acknowledged I had been waiting for a lonv time by offering me a free bottle of pop...No I just want my food Please...To be fair the food was nice and plenty of it but oh my god The chaos of the shop and not to mention the dozens of kids running riot outside the shop No Thanks I will give it a miss...

We bought two chicken burgers, vegetarian burger, doner wrap and mixed kabab, the entire meal was vile.

The kabab was dryer than a dry, It felt like I was eating rubber, there was no sauce, there was no seasoning to the salad.

In my honest opinion, this wasn’t cooked by a trained chef, it was rushed and slapped together, the meat wasn’t fresh and I sincerely hope I don’t become I’ll from what I ate.

The chips were like rocks, maybe they were old ones but certainly weren’t fresh.

My husband order Diet Coke and yet we never received the coke, but we’re charged for it.

Tell me what is he meant to drink with his meal, yet when we asked the driver.

His behaviour was entirely inappropriate and even rude.

I highly recommend that you give this establishment...
