Coffee Connect shiney row — Restaurant in Sunderland

Used to go here every day for lunch because the food is nice . Majority of the girls who work there are lovely but theirs 1 or 2 that's just a joke. Wouldn't know decent customer service if it jumped up and bit them. We stopped going after 2 days in a row food had what looked like knots of hair in it. My issue was, it was the same girl serving both times when the hairs turned up in food. Iv mentioned a couple of things to staff previously..... little things nothing major but if you criticise or say anything out of term when certain ones are in your likely to get hair in your food. That's what I feel happened for us. And we've never been back. Shame because my other half loves the beef sanis. Went to shiny paws dog grooming on friday 19/05/23 I was in wheelchair on crutches once inside so decided on couple coffee etc while we waited .... excellent staff .. Great service .... Good prices.. would certainly recommend ....oh and ordered some latte cups from IKEA coming next week lol ... Thankyou Màrlene...
