McDonald's — Restaurant in Sunderland

Visited a few times before as its on way home and you never judge a place but i didnt feel comfortable with having a security guard inside a McDonalds as this was due to younger adults sitting down with a drink and burger at tables staring at phone or chatting to others at another table. The food was a lot better than expected and good value, shame about the security guard. Decided to visited again on way home from visiting friends in city centre and experianced the same situation again, unfortunately this time more bikes left outside entrance and people hanging around / running between cars. Nice friendly staff although the car park needs to be bigger always queue backing up onto main road what causes hazards. Impossible to get into the coop shop next door with only one entrance.its constantly like this Most times and has been near enough since mcds got put there but nothing ever gets done sometimes get staff to try and control traffic but thats once in a blue moon.guessing its only when they get complaints so it looks as thought they are acting upon it but after a few hours goes back to normal me and lots of friends just don't bother going there or to the coop because of this. Amazing me and my friends went yesterday Wednesday 7th February 2024 for the return of the breakfast wrap the staff from 07:25-08:00 were fantastic I’ve never seen service like it , it was still dark and we were 3 teenage lads most would be fuming to be at work at such a time and even more angry when 3 teenagers walked in at such an hour but they weren’t smiles all around lovely attitude made my day it was an amazing way to start off the morning and any staff who was there at that time deserves applause I’ve never seen such a great atmosphere at a Macdonalds in my life fantastic services and workers Also breakfast wrap spot...
