If I could give 0 stars I would. I had my daughter’s birthday party here beginning of last month. The owner failed to mentioned I had to pay £10 a head as well as £80 for the room, bare in mind the food was pretty much chicken nuggets chips sandwiches and sweets, I had roughly 30 people there so that’s £300 for that? Then on their Facebook page it says £80 for room hire OR £10 a head and you get the room for free yet I was trying to get told I had to pay for both. I didn’t pay for the food told them to take it away and they decided to give it to the people out the front for free anyway I was absolutely livid at this point, the owner adds her own drinks to people’s bills and doesn’t tell them and the place is absolutely filthy there was still decorations up from whoever was there last time and had not been cleaned what so ever. I was given nothing but rudeness from the owner and I was just trying to enjoy my little ones 2nd birthday party, my family was fuming so someone said something about leaving a review and she pretty much threw my money at my face and told us all to leave even though I hadn’t done anything wrong and I had paid out £100 to hire out soft play for my daughter so I wasn’t going anywhere. We had to go out and get some food and snacks of our own as it was a children’s party and couldn’t see people or children go without and I wasn’t going to buying any drinks at the bar after the way I had been treated. They locked the fire exit door so we couldn’t go out that way which as soon as we realised we told them to open it as we was not having that, there’s a lot more I could write but I’m sure you get the drift. I will never go to this pub again and will be telling everyone I know about...

Awful place booked table for 2.30 got seated at 2.45 drinks came at 3 orderd starters and mains starters came at 3.50 I asked for the kids meals to come out with starters caus they had waited so long had to return one as awful even the waitress said she wouldn't eat it then we was told the mains we orderd was of the menu they had run out bareing in mind this was over an hour later we picked an alternitive was told then that they had sacked a chef that morning and was behind which really a curtiousy phone call should have bean made to let us know things were running well over an hour wait people were comming in well after us and was getting there mains in the end I said for get the mains just give me my bill they tried to charge me for the meal I returned will not be going back so much needs attention in there I couldn't believe a chef came out to apologise which was kind if her but no chefs uniform on which I thought was so unigenic couldn't believe what...

Rough is the only word for it. The bar lady sat on her phone feet up with a kid wondering around. Zero customer service when we entered. We had our five year old with us and loads of yobos drunk calling each other c**ts every other word infront of children. The inside and toilets were filthy . We had to pull our little boy off the slide and leave after a man who was drunk as a skunk fell over and smashed a load of glasses right infront of the kids slide and just laid on the floor laughing. Our boy was terrified. Not a water slide either as advertised . Safe to say we won't be going back or recommend this...
