I visited Jane’s Pantry, Tuesday, March 25th, Wendy and Mandy consistently provide exceptional customer service. They’re always cheerful, remember me and make each visit a pleasure. Their willingness to set aside my favorite seeded Harvester super-long rolls, especially when I call ahead due to their popularity, demonstrates their dedication. They’ve also accommodated my weekend order without any trouble.

The shop itself is spotless, comfortable, and inviting. During my visits, I often pick up fresh salads perfect for dinner and work, as well as sweet treats.. These two ladies never rush me while I’m choosing, always offering friendly assistance and working seamlessly as a team. They truly go above and beyond, making Jane’s Pantry a standout establishment. The shop is nice and what they sell is good quality, but some of the staff really need to step up their game in the customer service department. In there this morning and almost felt like I was hindrance being there. Only ordered 3 cakes and once I'd left and checked the order it was wrong. In hindsight I wasn't surprised as I don't think the lady serving me was in the least bit interested in what I actually wanted, quite rude and abrubt to be honest. This is only the first bad experience of being in there many times but I can't ignore it and have seen someone else has had a bad experience with a member of staff, so this isn't just a one off. Jane's sandwiches are great - freshly made and tasty.

We have sandwiches from Jane's about once a week, but we always get two sandwiches to take with us to the airport to keep us going.

Again, great sandwiches. Chicken mayonnaise and an egg sandwich. Both cut into quarters, with two quarters in on bag, and the other 2 in another bag. This means we get two meals each breakfast and lunch on the plane.

I looked at the sandwiches in WH Smith, more expensive, did not look as nice or scrumptious, and again thought I'm glad we buy the night before we fly out..that's our recommendation. Buy from Janes and eat well at...
