Worst dining experience in many years, we laughed about it all the way home and will definitely not be coming back. It would be the kind of place you might bring a group of kids if it weren’t so expensive.

This place has zero atmosphere or charisma, the staff barely speak English and we had to ask for some music to be played in order to cover up the sound of other people chewing.

The food was poor. Overcooked, overseasoned, and took a long time to arrive. For example, the crispy duck was chewy and the cucumber and spring onion slices to go in the pancake rolls had been hanging around so long that they dried up. The deep fried appetiser looked like it had been thrown at the plate, and was mostly too dried out to be considered appetising. The copious amounts of sickly sweet sauces were essential to be able to eat it at all. The starter was huge and full of carbs, this is a ploy to fill you up, ensuring you don’t order too much of the main course which is more nutritious/expensive. We forced down the unappetising appetiser in fear of being charged a penalty if we left anything on the plate.

Main courses were also sickly sweet, lacking any fresh ingredients. Shredded crispy beef was all batter and no meat, carrot was soft/chewy not crunchy. It was clear that they prepare food in bulk and leave it hanging around for a LONG time.

All you can eat? I left after all I could stomach, but was hungry again later that evening.

Drinks prices were ridiculous. £4.50 for a pint of lager. Seems they thought they were in London.

In summary, a place that would suffice for a family party or if you eat so much that it actually represents value for money. Two of us dined for about £45 including drinks. For that price I would usually expect to be impressed but we left feeling used and abused, this really was quite an unpleasant experience and did not represent good value for money at all.

The only memorable aspect was the vanilla ice cream, which is also the only thing on the menu that wasn’t the kitchens...

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Ordered from here a week ago, food arrived STONE COLD and there was a MEAL MISSING. Phoned to complain and they said they were too busy to bring it out so they'd made a note to give me the missing meal plus another meal free next time I order. Ordered again this week and because my free meals meant the order total did not meet the minimum of £16 that I was told I had no option but to order another meal to make up the difference!! Now this is the best bit.... I imagine this is because I gave them a hard time about making me meet the minimum delivery fee! I ORDERED 2 CURRY SAUCE BUT RECIEVED 1!! The one they did send, they DELIBERATELY CRUSHED so CURRY SAUCE WAS EVERYWHERE. Everything was swimming in it at the bottom of the bag!!! This could have been accidental? Nope! The LID HAD A HOLE IN IT, they'd purposely put a massive hole in it so it all leaked out on the journey. Either that or the delivery driver was told to throw it around! I only wish I'd spotted this when it was delivered, so gutted! The food was DRY, COLD AND DISGUSTING, especially since we had no sauce for the chicken, rice and chips we ordered!! A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY! please don't order from this place, YOU'LL BE DISAPPOINTED! Also read some of their other bad reviews about WAITRESSES FARTING IN THE RESTAURANT! No idea how this place is still...

Wonderful food, the most delicious Chinese I’ve ever had, incredibly quick service and for our large sharing starter and main it was about 5minutes! Also had a bowl of warm prawn crackers which was a lovely touch. Plenty of options at good prices and allergens etc are clearly noted on the menu which is very important. I believe it was £20 for a starter, main, dessert and a drink! Nice large and clean layout and opposite a pretty river, staff/owners were very hospitable and welcoming. Large Outside seating area also. I think a sign may be helpful to direct where the car park is as it was a little confusing at first as to where to enter. They take cash and card also!
